Job details

A Procurement Clerk responsible to compiles requests for materials, prepares purchase orders, track purchases and supplies, and handles questions about orders. Reports directly to the Procurement Executive.

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS

• SPM/Diploma in Supply Chain Management or an equivalency.
• Minimum two (2) years’ working experience in procurement or related field.
• Knowledge in Purchasing/Inventory/Materials and warehouse management.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint,
Outlook, and Excel).
• Skilled in negotiations and networking.
• Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent worker.
• Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in decision-making and working with numbers.
• Familiarity in collecting and analyzing data.
• Disciplined, able to accept instructions and have high work ethic.
