Our client is a market leader in the industry. Boasting on their revenue, global presence and huge clientele, our client is looking to remain competitive and they believe in hiring the best talent to produce the best results. Due to the aggressive development of the business, they are looking for a Manager, Risk Management to further add value to the business from a risk management perspective.
Job Description
As this role is essential to the organization, it is vital candidate comes with a track record of delivery and proven experience. Among the many responsibilities are listed below:
Key Responsibilities:
• To assist in mitigating the Company's risks through active coordination of the risk assessment by operating and business units
• Coordinate development, completion, and status reporting of the action plans to address significant operational risk issues.
• Coordinate the development, maintenance and simulation of the business continuity plans at the operational level and ensure a robust business continuity management framework for the company is in place
• Assist in the development and maintaining of effective loss control programs, risk management policies, procedures and practices whilst assisting in continuous monitoring and highlight significant risk issues to the Management
• Assess the severity of the risk and report on the effectiveness of control measures in mitigating these risks and where applicable make a recommendation.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal Manager, Risk Management will be confident in leading from the front and be responsible for the growth of the company and must possess the below requirements;
Key Requirements:
• Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's or Professional Degree in Business Administration/Commerce/ Economics/Finance or equivalent
• Candidates must have minimum 5 years of Risk Management experience
• Willing to relocate to Pahang.
• Experience in Business Continuity Management is an added advantage
