Job details

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our products/services.
• Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the customer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions, sales activities and pipeline management, using CRM software.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to sales management.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
• Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar sales role.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
