Job details
This position is focused on the day-to-day and strategic operations that are mentioned below:
• To receive training in all the departments.
• To prepare a written summary/report about the training he went through in that specific department or area.
• Primary responsibility is to assist in maintaining and growing revenue with our existing customers.
• Observe and learn from experienced workers to acquire knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures for better execution of departmental duties.
• Work in teams to achieve higher goals.
• This is inclusive of assisting in the management of current renewals.
• Upselling prepaid maintenance and reinstating lapsed customers.
• Coordinate with the team so that there are no communication barriers.
• Establish and maintain good relations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
It is an ONSITE Job
Salary: 35,000 PKR during the Probation period (20% increment after Probation); if you get permanent the salary will be 72,000 PKR.
Shift Timings: 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Office Location: Amazon Mall, DHA 2, Islamabad
