Job details
IPv4 Product Introduction:
• IP address: An Internet Protocol address is a unique identifier for devices connected to a network. The unique
identifier makes it possible for devices to find and communicate with each other.
• IP address Versions: There are two versions of IP that currently co-exist in the global Internet, IP version 4 ‘IPv4’ and IP version 6 ‘IPv6’.
Responsibilities:
• Business Development (New Customer Acquisition) through Digital Media, Social Media, Business contact references.
• Liaison with customer and technical to ensure testing process of IPs for the satisfaction of customer.
• Legal contracts/agreements with customer, customer interaction on agreement clauses to finalise the agreement draft for sign-off.
• Liaison with technical to ensure all technical matters regarding,
• Letter of Authorization (LOA) Signed Doc. Issuance to the customer.
• Assigning of IP Pools to the customer in close coordination with technical,
• Updating Customer ASN (on APNIC Whois).
• Updating customer Geo-location (ip2location, maxmind, dbip, info Data Basis) as per customer requirement.
• Updated customer RDNS and any other requirement.
• Initial commercial working for invoice generation and collection as per agreed commercials.
• Cleaning of IPs (i.e; Spamhouse-PBL/SBL, Baracuda, RATS, SORBS, etc.) ensured before assigning of IP Pools in close coordination with Technical.
• Existing customer requirements fulfilment on leased IPs (request like ASN shift, Organisation name change, Geo fencing elimination, user domain name change, usage type change etc.).
• Monthly regular service continuation LOA’s to existing clients.
• Maintaining Invoice data, providing data for generating invoices regularly according to the customer’s service period for revenue assurance and invoice issuance to the customer.
• Regular follow ups and coordination with the customers for payment receipts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Technology and/or IP network related area.
• 1-3 years of experience in IPv4 Business development and related operations.
• Relevant professional certifications will be an advantage
