Primsware Technologies is seeking a Trainee, Graphic Designer to join our team. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced designers and gain practical experience in various aspects of graphic design. This position is suitable for recent graduates or individuals with a passion for design and a desire to learn.We offer a comprehensive training program, mentorship from experienced designers, and the opportunity to gain practical experience in the design industry.

What you’ll do:
• Assist with the creation of visual concepts for print and digital media.
• Collaborate with senior designers to develop effective design solutions.
• Manage and organize design files and assets.
• Edit and enhance existing design files.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
• Participate in design critiques and provide feedback to other team members.
• Continuously improve design skills through self-learning and training opportunities
• Assist in the development and production of marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and social media graphics.
• Work on assigned design tasks and projects, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
What you’ll bring:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in graphic designing or a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work (school projects are acceptable)
• Basic understanding of design principles and software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to take direction and receive feedback constructively.
