The Role:

As a Culture Associate at our software company, you will be at the heart of cultivating a vibrant, inclusive, and positive work culture. You will play a pivotal role in organizing company events, managing our social media presence, arranging team-building trips, and supporting human resource management functions. Your creativity, passion for people, and organizational skills will contribute to building a cohesive and engaging work environment that aligns with our company's mission and values.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Head of People and Operations to develop, refine, and promote our company's culture and core values. Implement strategies and initiatives that reinforce these values, ensuring they are embedded in daily operations and employee interactions.
• Plan and execute various engagement programs and activities to foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie among employees. Organize team-building events, recognition programs, and other activities that enhance employee motivation and job satisfaction.
• Manage the company's social media accounts, showcasing our culture, events, and employee achievements.
• Create compelling content to attract talent, engage our audience, and promote our brand as an employer of choice in the software industry.
• Take charge of organizing and coordinating company events, celebrations, and off-site trips. From team outings to annual parties, you'll ensure these activities contribute to a positive and cohesive work culture.
• Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring our culture is inclusive and embraces individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Champion efforts to create a welcoming and equitable workplace for all employees.
• Maintain and organize employee data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection
• regulations. Collaborate with HR to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of data management systems.
• Collaborate with HR and management to align the performance management system with our culture and core values.
• Ensure employee evaluations reflect adherence to desired behaviors and cultural expectations.
• Serve as an advocate for employees, providing support, resources, and a platform for their voices to be heard.
• Promote open communication channels and address employee concerns related to culture and work environment.
• Support the organization through periods of change and growth, helping employees embrace and adapt to new cultural dynamics.
• Develop and monitor key culture metrics to assess the effectiveness of culture-related initiatives. Use data insights to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology,
• Communications, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in culture development, employee engagement, social media management, and event planning, preferably in a software or tech-focused company.
• Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and experience implementing related initiatives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills to effectively showcase our company's culture and events on social media platforms.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with HR data management and experience streamlining HR processes.
• Demonstrated project management skills to plan, execute, and evaluate culture-related programs and initiatives.
