Job details
Responsible for jointly developing / transfer, and qualification of CMOS Logic, with embedded non-volatile memory, technology with Foundry.
In your new role, you will:
• Responsible for jointly developing / transfer, and qualification of CMOS Logic, with embedded non-volatile memory, technology with Foundry
• Owns the project plan of new technology with Foundry
• Owns and address technology issues (process weaknesses, instabilities, marginalities) with Foundry. - New product introduction and qualification in Foundry
• Lead analysis of in-line process, electrical and product sort data
• Drive integration, yield, quality of new technology into high volume production
• Interface, link, between Infineon internal stakeholders and Foundry technology teams
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this take if you have :
- Engineering degree
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
- Good organization and communication skills
- 10+ years experience in semiconductor process technology
- FinFET and eNVM experiences are preferred
