Additionally, AJT Diabetic is committed to helping provide patients all major medical equipment and supplies including CPAP Supplies, Urological Supplies, Wound Care Supplies, Nebulizers and equipment, Oxygen and much more.
We are quickly expanding and urgently looking for several highly skilled, self-motivated, and experienced individuals to join our Sales Department. Our Sales representatives handles both Inbound & Outbound Enrollment, Reorder & Resale calls. The job is a FULL TIME PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• This role is 100% phone based and allows for COVID-19 Remote Work From Home opportunity.
• The candidate will utilize the company phone system and CRM to assist patients with refilling orders and answer patient inquiries.
• The candidate will receive inbound and place outbound enrollments calls. Hours of operation are from 8:30 am - 7:00 pm Eastern time
• Different shifts may have different times
Job Qualifications:
• Must be computer Literate
• Excellent Command of the English Language, written & spoken
• Strong Active Listening Skills
• Must be able to exhibit a caring, professional and enthusiastic demeanor when speaking with patients
• Ability to Multitask (type and talk)
• Experience in making Inbound and Outbound Phone Calls preferred
• Possess advanced phone etiquette, problem-solving and customer service skills
• Experience in working on a Dialer or CRM preferred
• Must Have at least 6 months Sales/CSR Experience in a BPO/Call Center Setting
INTERNET & HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS (EQUIPMENT WILL NOT BE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY)
• MUST have 2 monitors
• MUST have a backup internet
• 8 GB of RAM
• i3 processor or higher (or equivalent)
• Fiber or highspeed internet of at least 20Mbps. (both upload & download)
• Windows 10 with Google Chrome web browser (Mac OS is not acceptable) & TeamViewer installed.
• USB headset.
• Malware and virus-free/protected Personal Computer.
• Skype account.
• Valid government-issued ID/driver’s license.
