Job Description
Frontend Engineer（Lead position)
The R&D team is looking to hire Web Frontend Engineers to join
us in our offices in Shibuya, Tokyo to architect, build and maintain health care
and first aid web applications. You will be developing new features, maintaining
and improving existing features, and reviewing code from other engineers. The best candidates will have professional experience developing web
applications using Javascript frameworks like VueJS and its ecosystem,
TypeScript, HTML and CSS (sass or scss). These applications communicate
with backend servers via REST and/or GraphQL API endpoints.
We use Git for version control, and issues/features/milestones are managed
with Gitlab. The candidate should be comfortable working with these tools.
Familiarity with the Git Flow branching and development process would be
ideal, but not necessary.
Our team communicates primarily in English, and so the ability to communicate
clearly and fluently in English is a requirement for this job.

Qualification requirements
・At least 3 years of experience developing front end applications in any
JavaScript MVC framework (React, Vue.js, Angular, Ember, etc.)
・At least 1 of those years working full-time developing front end
applications using Vue.js and Vuex
・Experience with developing front end applications that use REST and/or
GraphQL APIs
・Ability to apply software engineering principles, patterns,
and best practices. (eg. MVC, YAGNI, DRY, code review, testing,
refactoring, etc.)
・Ability to develop secure and performant front end
applications
・Can collaborate with designers, project managers, and engineers to
achieve project goals.
・Business level English
Welcome requirements
・Experience with Firebase web hosting for development, deployment, and
continuous integration pipelines.
・Experience with “compile to JavaScript” languages such as TypeScript or
ReasonML.
・Experience in some UI framework for agile UI/UX development (eg.
Material Design, Quasar, Bootstrap).
・Design skills.
・Familiarity with browser compatibility.
