我们是一家总部位于日本京都的DMC（目的地管理公司），专注于组织中国游客的访日团体旅游。
该职位隶属于公司新设立的中文市场部门，将专注于面向中国旅行者的旅游产品开发与地接服务整合。
当社は京都を拠点とする訪日団体旅行に特化したDMC（旅行手配会社）です。
このポジションでは、新設された中華系マーケット部門の一員として、中国人旅行客向けのサービス開発・現地手配を担当していただきます。
We are a Kyoto-based DMC (Destination Management Company) specializing in organizing inbound group tours to Japan.
This position is part of our newly established China Market Division, where you will help develop and manage travel services tailored to Chinese travelers.
拓展并维护与中国旅行社及渠道商的合作关系
整合日本当地服务资源（如导游、巴士、酒店、纪念品店等）并进行洽谈
协调团队行程的操作流程，确保顺利执行
协助处理客户投诉或突发事件
持续优化游客体验，提高满意度
参与购物与销售资源的安排与合作
中国の旅行会社・代理店との連携・営業
日本国内のサービス（ガイド、バス、ホテル、土産店など）の仕入・交渉・調整
団体旅行のオペレーション手配・スケジュール管理
トラブルやクレームへの対応
旅行体験の改善・顧客満足度の向上
ショッピング・販売関連手配の支援
Developing and maintaining partnerships with Chinese travel agencies and channel partners
Sourcing and negotiating with local service providers in Japan (e.g. tour guides, bus companies, hotels, souvenir shops, etc.)
Coordinating tour operations and ensuring smooth execution of itineraries
Handling emergency situations and complaints during the tour
Improving customer satisfaction and tour experience
Assisting in arranging shopping and sales-related resources
Participate in the arrangement and management of shopping/sales-related resources
Qualification requirements
有日本地接导游经验（必须）
熟悉日本旅游资源与团队接待流程
中文为母语，日语达到商务水平
英语可进行基本交流
具备出色的沟通协调与谈判能力
中国人団体旅行のガイド経験必須
日本の観光・物流・ショッピング事情に精通している方
中国語（母語）、日本語（ビジネスレベル）、英語（日常会話）ができる方
調整力、交渉力、コミュニケーション力が高い方
Must have experience as a tour guide for Chinese groups in Japan
Deep knowledge of Japan's tourism resources, group operations, and shopping procedures
Native Chinese speaker with business-level Japanese
Able to communicate in English for daily business situations
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Welcome requirements
长期居住在日本的中国籍人士优先
有团队操作/旅行社经验者优先
日本在住の中国国籍の方歓迎（永住者／長期滞在者優遇）
旅行手配やランドオペレーション経験者は優遇
Chinese nationals residing in Japan are preferred
Prior experience in inbound tour operations is a plus
