病棟における看護助手業務
３交代勤務。早出、遅出あります。基本的には患者さんの身の回りのお世話が中心となります。食事援助、入浴援助、排泄援助、体位交換、環境整備、検査・リハビリへの送迎など。心身ともに大変なお仕事ですが、患者さんと直接触れ合えることで「人の役に立っている」と大変実感できます。また、看護学校進学のバックアップも致します。
