Job Description
【MAIN TASK】
・Build up good customer relationship and look after personal contacts at the customer whilst realizing personal and departmental targets / objectives.
・Analyze, understand and structure customer requirements ‐ functional and non-functional. Keep structured trace of these requirements
・Contribute to create technical proposals together with core development team (system, safety, HW and SW) based on the customer requirements
・Explain, negotiate company's solutions and proposals to customer
・Collect, create and provide technical presentations to Japanese OEM customers and keep the relevant company's organizations constantly informed of their activities
・Keep core development team, project leader and management regularly informed of the activities and status

・Write visit and development reports and provide other written and oral reports
necessary to support the activities
・Provide Japanese/English translation on documents, when necessary
・Gather and provide technical and commercial market information relating to electronic products
Qualification requirements
【REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE】
・3-5 years’ experience in Automotive industry (design and development)
・Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics
・Japanese and business level of English
・Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
・Resourceful, open, outgoing and self-motivated
・Understanding of Japanese business culture
・Experience of having worked in a multi-cultural environment is desirable
