Job Description
As representative for R&D in project team, youe are the interface between Customers and the company teams. You pilot at the clients premises the R&D/warranty functions and support the company's quality and R&D teams with the information management, coordination and solution of related issues.
The position encompasses the following tasks and responsibilities:
・General knowledge of System Requirement Engineering, geometrical/mechanical intergration of system components.
・General knowledge of Quality engineering
・General knowledge og manufacturing process.
・Specification, coordination and execution of warranty process between customer and all company's sites involved.
・First level support to the customer regarding all questions regardung warranty issue.
・Support to company's Japan new testing lab to ensure compliance with customer requests.
・Presentation of follow up information, test results,plans,etc to customer.
・Close coordination with Quality, R&D and Individual at global level
・Assure application of company standards.
Qualification requirements
【求める経験・スキル】
・大卒以上（電子工学/機械/エンジニアリング/インフォマティックス）
・エレクトロニクスの一般的な知識
・ソフトウエア/機械の基本知識
・R&D・品質保証・ワランティの経験
・英語：ビジネスレベル以上
