Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen in a leading automaker. A motivated professional with experience in corporate governance and litigation has the opportunity to join a company looking to streamline its Tokyo operation.
General responsibilities include:
Working on corporate governance matters
Providing general litigation support
Overseeing, reviewing and drafting an array of legal documents
The main requirements are as follows:
Excellent communication in both Japanese and English
A law degree in Japan or other relevant legal qualifications
A minimum of five years legal experience
Experience in dealing with both Japanese and foreign companies in a legal capacity
The ability to deal with a variety of clients
