The Hospital Medical Devices (HMD) Supply Chain organization, more specifically the Principal, Inventory and Costing Center of Excellence (PIC COE) is currently recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Global Intercompany Pricing team in support of project LEGO and related pivotal initiatives.

The position will report to the Senior Finance Manager – WW HMD ICPs. Preferred locations for this role are Zuchwil (Switzerland), Cork (Ireland), Diegem (Belgium) or Guaynabo (Puerto Rico).

Responsibilities

As a project member supporting the ICP area,
• You will closely collaborate with the LEGO project members, and teams supporting related pivotal initiatives such as Magellan, GET, Transcend etc. to understand the end-to-end impacts, timelines and interdependencies.
• You will be responsible for mapping out and detailing impacted supply chain flows to ensure adherence to the tax model.
• You will accurately calculate ICPs for the intermediary steps in the different supply chain flows.
• You will coordinate the timely loading of the calculated prices in the various ERP systems and perform necessary checks to ensure flawless 3-way match controls and launch without delays in servicing customer orders.
• You will coordinate the HMD Subsidy flow changes to ensure that subsidies are correctly processed in line with the tax requirements.
• You will ensure required approvals are available for standard cost loads and changes, and support SOX audits & controls related to ICP setups of the project
