We from the Kellerhals Carrard Startup Desk are an agile, diverse and multilingual team composed of dedicated lawyers, business consultants, paralegals and staff that operates in all parts of the country and collaborates closely and with no barriers. Meet your future colleagues here.
While we are in essence corporate and commercial lawyers, our specialty and primary focus lies in advising startups, especially spinoffs from ETH and other Swiss universities, and their investors. Our clients rely on us when they need us to structure and negotiate a financing round, to secure their intellectual property, to set up an employee incentive plan, when the time has come to exit their company or if any other legal issue arises along their growth journey.

You are a corporate lawyer with or without previous experience in the fields of corporate & contract law or even of startups and venture capital transactions. By the way, we don't really care about your post-grad titles (but appreciate if you have any). And we support you at all times in further strengthening your skills in those fields that you further wish to explore.
