We are looking to recruit experienced Marketing and Product Manager (m/f) to start as soon as possible or upon agreement.

An ideal candidate for this position should come from industrial field (having previous marketing experience with technical products which required service support).

Candidate in this position will work closely with Sale Manager and report directly to the Head of Product Development.

Your profile:
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
• Previous work experience as Product Marketing Manager in Northern Europe (Germany preferred) dealing with technical products which require service support
• Trade-marketing experience: preparation of promotions, special offers and events to support sales, merchandising (assemble the products) experience
• Experience in development of catalogues, leaflets, both print and electronic
• Experienced in managing own OEM-brand or positioning of an international brand (for which the exclusive distributing rights on the markets were provided)
• Experienced in monitoring and analyzing products, price positioning and competitor promotion activities
• Experienced in online promotion and entering new markets
• Proven Track Record (e.g. increase in sales, market share, replacement of competitors on the markets, etc.)
• Good in English and fluent in German
• Willingness to travel abroad (e.g. once per month, also outside EU and China)

Your responsibilities:
• Conduct market research and assessments
• Perform customer interviews
• Pricing and revenue modeling
• Balancing the needs of customers, engineering teams and the company’s revenue goals
• Brand strategy planning
• Brand-book development. Communication of brand’s founding principles, visual identity to the markets via different channels
• Plan, design and implement a successful brand sales strategy for the various sales channels, incl. importers-distributors, wholesale, e-com, retail (DIY-store chains and department stores) and direct sales to the plants, industrial buyers
• Entering on a new markets (new segments or countries)
• Participation in the development of B2B partner motivation systems, preparation of price lists and structure of discounts and bonuses
• Online promotion: social networks, forums and websites
• Trade fares: exhibition stand development and organization, attendance in the fairs
• Organization and management of the events for B2B-partners (conferences, presentations, trainings), both offline and online
• Consumer preferences researches using quantitative and qualitative methods
• Participating in setting R&D objectives for new product development, launching it into production
• Participating in the procurement of technical products for their own OEM in China (participating in the assessment of production, quality and performance of the key components and consumables)
• Experience of quality and price optimisation in the supply chain
