ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Development Representative, you will work closely with our City and Coach Management Teams to support us expand rapidly. We have big and ambitious plans to develop BEAT81 to the biggest offline fitness community in the world and you will play a big role in this journey!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the main lever for the Coach Team in expanding our coach community in all 6 cities! Generate new qualified coach candidate leads to meet our expansion and growth goals.
• Identify pool of prospective coach candidates and set appointments for sales calls
• Perform outreach to identified candidates, pitch and upsell BEAT81
• Accompany leads in the application process
• Maintain the candidates’ database and keep them up to date
• Provide a daily summary of calls and lead status
• Prepare and present time-to-hire reports for the Coach Management Team
• Align closely with local City Teams to update regularly local coach hiring targets
• Be the first point of contact for new coach requirements
YOUR PROFILE
• You are business fluent in German and English and have a German working permit
• Proven work experience (1-3 years) in Sales or as Headhunter
• You have excellent communication and persuasion skills and an empathic attitude
• Preferably, you have advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques
• You are a fan of our BEAT81 workouts :)
• You are energetic, with an outgoing personality
• You are hungry to accept a big challenge
• You are a digital native person who feels comfortable working with Social Media
• You feel comfortable with the fast-paced startup culture
