The NHS Fife Digital & Information department is looking for a Forms Analyst to join our IT Application Support Team.

You will be based at Lynebank Hospital, Dunfermline, however, please note that the Digital and Information team work flexibly both in terms of hours and location, including occasional home working and other sites in Fife.

The Application Support Team is diverse, with a wide range of backgrounds and skills, coming together to make a truly inclusive team. The Forms Analysts roles focus on creation and delivery of digitised forms for our Community and Mental Health Systems.
These posts will involve working with the Strategy and Programmes, Application Support and Developer Teams, to build service forms for electronic use which replace paper and follow the various medical services specifications and templates. Full training on the development tool will be provided.

We are looking for someone with great communication and documentation skills, who is conscientious and can work to a high degree of accuracy to ensure we consistently deliver quality forms, occasionally in a high-pressure environment. This post involves working to tight timescales and communicating well with all the various services involved.

NHS Fife allows for a hybrid working practice and although based in Dunfermline, you will have considerable freedom to work from home or any other site with bookable desks.
