Foster’s is a popular two-form entry school on the Welling / Bexleyheath borders with a rich history. We were recognised as a ‘good’ school in our last Ofsted inspection and have a strong staff team. Our teachers are dedicated, enthusiastic and committed to maintaining the highest standards and providing a creative curriculum for the pupils in our care. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher who is looking to further his/her career and is passionate about innovative learning approaches.

We are looking for an outstanding practitioner with the ability, drive and passion to lead a Phase effectively. Experience in the use of assessment data would also be desirable. As a member of the school’s leadership team, (TLR - £3,017 to £7,368) you will share good practice with others, support colleagues, model approaches to teaching and learning and support staff training and INSET.
