Job details
Chef/ Cook required for a Café in Monmouthshire. Salary £22,000. Please note this is a live out position.
We are looking for someone who is creative and passionate about food to help support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in this busy daytime cafe.
Shifts are 9am - 5.30pm. Needs to drive and have own car.
Duties of the job
Help with the running of the daily kitchen operations.
Preparing and serving a simple menu.
Help support the kitchen team.
Compliance with food hygiene and Health & Safety regulations.
Keeping up to date with allergens and special dietary requirements.
Work closely with Front of house staff.
What we need from you:
Must be well organised.
Help with ordering & stock taking.
Ability to do plated breakfast, café and pub classics.
To be clean smart & tidy.
