ICAP Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of its client, a well-known Retail company in the Fashion industry, is looking for a driven professional for the position of the Financial Analyst.
Financial Analyst (6479/FA/RS/GR)
Main Responsibilities:
• Participate in the preparation of the company’s Financial and Management reports.
• Engage on month end closure process and support the company’s procedure to prepare and present the periodic financial reports and inform the Management Team regarding company’s financial standing.
• Gather and input data and support the existing MIS system with collecting, analyzing, and processing information to generate reports about the company and the respective business environment, working with peers from all functions.
• Take part in all budgeting and forecasting activities and be responsible for timely data collection.
• Support the CFO to analyze information and provide insights on specific areas of the business that allow the company to enhance performance and profitability.
• Assist in establishing new or optimizing existing financial policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
• 2 years of relevant experience as Financial or Accounting analyst
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• Fluency in English with very good written and oral communication skills
• Tech savvy, with advanced Excel and database management skills
• Ability to translate data and facts into executable and effective reports
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong ability to listen to and interpret information, with attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills and team work mentality
