Your role
As a Reporting & Controlling Analyst, you will join our dynamic Accounting & Finance team and report to the Financial Controller. You will work towards implementing ways to streamline the financial activities that will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the financial department in alignment with company's goals and policies. Your daily tasks will include:
• Support month /quarter and year-end close process
• Oversee procurement process
• Review of company contracts
• Manage analyzing and reporting cost variances
• Review of recalculation of expenses
• Review of General Ledger for reporting purposes
• Assist in the formulation of internal controls
• Prepare Financial Statements (BS, PNL, CF)
• Assist with the timely submission of monthly management reporting
• Assist in developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen
• Participate in ad-hoc activities of the department
Requirements
• At least 3 years of working experience in a relevant role
• Previous working experience in audit firms (Big 4 environment) will be considered a plus
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Economics and Master's Degree is a nice-to-have
• Strong goal-orientation, organizational skills with analytical mindset
• Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
• Ability to work on multiple projects, adhere to timelines and demonstrate ownership
• Excellent knowledge and working experience with MS Office (especially Excel)
• Fluency in English language with excellent verbal & writing skills
