Unified Communication / Collaboration Senior Engineer
Bewise SA is currently seeking for a dynamic professional to cover the position of the Unified Communication / Collaboration Senior Engineer
Skills & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
• Technical delivery of projects, including design, configuration, and testing of technical solutions for enterprise Unified Communication (UC) Voice Communications.
• Possess strong conceptual knowledge and demonstrate in-depth understanding of the following:
a. Design, implement and manage:
i. Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM)
ii. IM&P
iii. Expressway C & E
iv. Jabber
v. Cisco Voice Gateways (ISR G2 / 4K) and CUBE
vi. Cisco Webex
vii. Telecommunications protocols and standards H.323, MGCP, SIP and E.164.
viii. AudioCodes SBC
ix. IVR
b. Knowledge of MS Teams Telephony
c. Experience with UCCX will be considered as a plus.
• Problem Management as pertaining to the Telecommunications systems and infrastructure:
a. Cisco Unified Computing Systems (UCS)
b. Cisco Analog Voice Gateways
c. Cisco Voice Routers
d. Third-Party systems (e.g., Calabrio)
e. Cisco Unified Communications Managers
f. Cisco Unity Cisco Emergency Responder
g. Webex
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English language (both written and verbal communication)
