Обязанности: Own energy Russia ICP process delivering clear business and marketing ambitions stated in MWBs, BGS, MJTBDs. Led the development of annual brand operational plan Lead creation of brand hero communication assets for CIS markets in tight collaboration with local and bottler teams ensuring comms strategy high affinity and efficiency Orchestrate brand portfolio choices, innovation pipeline including product and package developments across Russia and CIS Own and manage brand PnL Work with our consumer and shopper insights to ensure a deep understanding of our local audiences and leverage this knowledge to strengthen marketing plans Monitoring and analysis of brand performance data (market data, consumer data, media information, ad hoc promotion performance) to evaluate achievement vs. targets and to propose corrective measures and learnings to fuel brand future growth Ensure profound and efficient shopper marketing plans created in collaboration with the demand acceleration team Требования: 8+ years experience in FMCG marketing Product development experience: concept writing; consumer insights analysis; Brand marketing ATL/Digital/Social Media/BTL experience Strong communication skills; ability to efficiently operate and achieve results thru teamwork Good analytical skills; high accuracy; ability to work with big amounts of data Strong business acumen and commercial understanding, savviness in net rev management and PnL Ability to navigate and influence within diverse matrix structures Strong stakeholder management abilities High passion for brand building and marketing, constant search for new techniques/technologies to make work more efficient Good knowledge of advertising/design/cultural trends; English: written and verbal no less than upper-intermediate
