Key Responsibilities: Assisting with recruitment and hiring process including scheduling interviews, maintaining an applicant tracking system Scheduling meetings and maintaining an up-to-date calendar for the office Coordinating with other companies for internship agreements and tracking progress Keeping accurate records of office expenses and providing regular reports to the management team Managing inventory of office supplies and placing orders as needed Helping to keep the office organized and tidy, including setting up for meetings and events Assisting with any other administrative tasks as needed Provide support to the management and other teams as needed Qualifications: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience working in a fast-paced environment Experience in an edtech company is a plus. Familiarity with online recruitment tools Working Conditions: Full-time position Office-based with occasional flexible timings based on company needs Some travel may be required for occasional on-site visits
