Job details
• Accountable for making appointments, following-up, and reminding the concerned parties accordingly.
• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Receiving calls from customers and attend to their queries and requests.
• Calling customers and asking for their feedback about their car servicing.
• Making recommendations and handle customer's complaints in a professional manner.
• Accountable for the administration tasks and the required paperwork in the aftersales division.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills
• Good written and oral communication skills (English & Arabic)
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, powerpoint
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the similar role
• Telephone skills
• Customer Service Experience
• Front office experience
• Ability to handle administrative & secretarial tasks
