The Opportunity -
As a team lead, you are responsible for motivating, coaching, and encouraging employees. By your leadership, the goals, purpose, and vision for the employees will be brought into focus and executed by your ability to collaborate and build relationships.
A Day in The Life -
• Provide a positive work environment that attracts, retains, and motivates talent.
• Support the team in achieving their highest performance potential.
• Responsible for overseeing objectives and ensuring that daily service commitments are met.
• Able to answer client and associate questions, handle service/call escalations, answers phone inquiries, complete special projects, train new hires, and assist in creating processes.
• Maintains necessary relationship with employees to ensure quality service standards are met.
• Utilize most current centralized reference tools to help make decisions or follow appropriate procedures.
• Other job responsibilities as required.
What You Bring:
• Minimum 3 years insurance brokerage experience.
• CAIB designation is an asset, but not required.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
