This role is responsible for identifying, delivering improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics and transportation as well as working closely with cluster and regional Logistics team. Lead major logistics transformation projects and drives ongoing networks distribution modeling efforts to ensure that low operational cost and high service expectations are optimized by using Lean principles.
Primary Accountabilities:
• Develop and strengthen lean culture in logistics organization
• Training and certify people as champion (green belt).
• Coordinate/Leading development of project (Short, medium and long term) as wells as improvement initiatives portfolio, through cross functional organization.
• Kpi management and continuos improvement
• Lead and prepare annual logistics cost saving workshop
• Lead and apply annual ranking & prioritization methodology
Required Skills
• University graduate in Engineering, business administration or related
• 3 years of experience in Supply Chaing
• English advanced
• Project Management
• Course Green Belt or internal Champion Certification
• Good communication and influence skills
• Office package (excel, power point)
• Analytical skills
• Logistics Knowledge
• Leadership skills
