NURSE MANAGER, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH - RELOCATION PACKAGE IF NEEDED

Seeking two dynamic Nurses with acute care inpatient psychiatric management experience for open Nurse Manager positions on the 44-bed acute care inpatient psychiatric service in the Billings Clinic Hospital, a in Billings, MT. The psychiatric service consists of 16 Child/adolescent beds and 28 adult beds. There is also an outpatient clinic and a psychiatric observation unit.

The Nurse Manager plans, implements, and evaluates delivery of overall nursing care to patients for the psychiatric service in Billings.

He/she provides managerial support in conjunction with the Program Director by providing supervision and evaluation of all nursing personnel on the unit.

He/she contributes to the program, nursing, and hospital through commitment to nursing goals, the supervision of clinical staff, and participation in the community relations program.

Qualifications

Requires BSN (MSN preferred) with 3 or more years previous inpatient acute care psychiatric management experience in a hospital; or acute care inpatient psychiatric experience plus other management experience.
