The Program Coordinator is a position whose primary job function is implementation of instruction and support services. Primary duties include coordinating and scheduling client services; staff training and scheduling; maintaining and updating client and employee records; and providing daily onsite supervision of client support services.
This position is a mid-level management position that requires an individual to aid and supervision to assigned personnel and to oversee multiple caseloads. In this position that requires the employee to be able to respond to emergencies and solve problems on a day-to-day basis and may be required to travel for business-related activities or training which may include overnight stays.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Must pass fingerprint background check.
• Need to be 21 years of age.
• Received a high school diploma/GED
• Maintain a valid WA state driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unaided.
• Ambitions is a drug-free workplace, must be able to pass a drug test for alcohol or illegal drugs (including marijuana) at any time if needed.
• On-call phone required when scheduled.
