Hello everyone. My name is Emmanuel Ford and I am a Program Coordinator here at Providence, and I work in our CME department. And CME stands for Continuing Medical Education and I've been in this role for about a year. And why I choose to work here at Providence, would be the career advancement. There's a lot of opportunities to advance within the organization. For example, I had a sister here who started at Providence maybe two or three years ago. And ever since then, I've just seen her kind of just climb the corporate ladder, so to speak. She started as a PRR, which stands for Patient Relations Representative and now she's an assistant project manager. So kind of just seeing the work that she's done and seeing the hard work that she's put in and seeing where she's going within her career in healthcare, I wanna follow in those same footsteps. So that's why I continue to work for Providence.
