Are you seeking an Administrative Assistant role? LHH Recruitment Solution is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant role for our client, located in Kent, Wa. If you have at least two years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant. Please see below.
Contract and Onsite
Hours: Mon - Fri. 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
• Generate reports
• Data Entry
• Manage paperwork and filing
• Order supplies and schedule office equipment maintenance
• Manage calendars
• Schedule meetings
• Excellent accuracy with a strong attention to detail
• Answer phones and screen/direct calls
• Must be a self-starter, able to work both independently, as a team, and with customers (both internally and externally
