Since its founding in 1938, Cal Poly Pomona students have participated in an integrative experiential learning education that is inclusive, relevant, and values diverse perspectives and experiences. Integrates the values of equity and inclusivity into their teaching, scholarship and/or service contributions with diverse student populations;

for the tenure-track associate professor position, experience working with multi-lingual communities in university teaching and/or scholarship. Experience teaching education courses in higher education;
for the tenure-track associate professor position, three or more years teaching education courses in higher education, supervising teacher candidates in student teaching/clinical practice, and advising credential, MA, and/or EdD candidates. Professional and scholarly agenda that demonstrates a commitment to equity, inclusion, and/or social justice;
Ability/Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues to advance scholarship, program quality, and student success;
for the tenure-track associate professor position, experience in collaborating with others to advance scholarship, program quality, and student success. A Student Success Statement (up to 2 pages, single-spaced) about your teaching or other experiences, successes, and challenges in working with a diverse student population.
