Our team goes beyond daily bookkeeping duties offering the managing oversight of a Controller and the strategic financial navigation of a CFO.

We’re looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper eager to make a real difference to the clients you work with and excited to be challenged.

Position responsibilities include:
• Providing full charge bookkeeping to 8-18 Clients.
• Recording the details of all business transactions including sales, accounts receivable, bills, payroll, deposits and payments.
• Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, lines of credit and notes payable.
• Assisting in the month end closing process.
• Recording accurate, timely documentation of your work in project management software.
• Light support in accounts receivable collection.
• Client relationship management.

We are looking for a detailed oriented person who can multitask to fit our Clients’ needs.

Level of expertise:
• Advanced QuickBooks user, both Online and Desktop versions.
• Strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
• Extremely detailed and accurate work.
• Minimum of 7 years’ bookkeeping experience - 3 years at the full-charge level.
• Flexible and quick learner of systems, software and technology.
• Understanding of accounting principles and tools.
• Ability to multi-task yet stay focused and grounded while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communicator. Proactive in asking questions and learning the craft.
• Fosters collaboration in a working environment.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and an enthusiastic, provides a steady presence to our clients.

Other:
• Work remotely from home. Colorado residents will be given preference.
• Part-time position 15-25 hours per week.
