What You’ll Do (Job Overview):

Hey Utah, Cotopaxi is looking for a Wholesale Coordinator to join our Sales Team!

As the Wholesale Coordinator you will be a communication wizard and will collaborate cross functionally to support all things wholesale. Whether you are needed to connect with current clients, snag products from the DC to prep for an upcoming trade show, spruce up the showroom for a demo, or even help oversee product transit to a new company. Flexibility, passion, and positivity is key to thrive in this role.

This role sits on the Wholesale Team, reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, and will work in collaboration with our Sales Managers, our Wholesale Account Managers and Sales Representatives.

How You’ll Do It (Job Responsibilities):

Operations and Expectations:
• Be collaborative - support the Sales Management Team with a variety of activities from sales meetings to team projects.
• Get out, shake hands, and work the crowds - you’re in the field repping the brand at t rade shows and retailer events.
• Lend a hand! Assist the Wholesale Account Managers in meeting deadlines to complete current projects.
• Keep things spruced - manage in-house showroom and sample sets.
• Trade show and demo prep - connect with our distribution center to acquire products for upcoming events.
• Assist with the organization of sales collateral (workbooks, pricelists, etc.) and preparation for demos.
• Numbers driven - help analyze sales and inventory data to understand performance and identify trends.
• A dynamic role will need dynamic support! You will be the goto for ad hoc projects, from helping prepare presentations, retail training tools, creating reports on performance and productivity, and be a resource for wholesale partnerships.
• Elevating productivity and performance - if you see opportunities for growth and improvement we want to hear it!
• Flexibility is key! You have the availability to work some weekends, travel and be able to work at HQ and from home.
• Ability to relatively lift 50lbs and bonus if you are skilled with building Ikea furniture!

Your Experiences:
• 1+ years of retail or wholesale sales experience at a consumer product company.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field is preferred, but not necessary - show us how your time in retail or wholesale sales, your experiences, and degree can benefit the Wholesale Team!
• If you’ve got experience working in the outdoor industry, that’s cool too (but not necessary).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel knowledge, and if you have experience with NetSuite that’s a plus!
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Our Wholesale channel is growing and evolving, so you’ll be evolving with it too! We value a strong capacity for collaboration, creative-thinking, and adaptability.
