We are seeking a Project Manager with a background in the multi family industry. A successful candidate will have a background in project management and be able to coordinate and oversee internal projects. This includes creating innovative solutions to any problems they may encounter on their project and ensuring that all deadlines are met. This position is ideal for someone with the ability to take charge of a project, lead their team through different stages of development and complete their tasks on time.
Responsibilities:
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to achieve project goals.
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time.
• Communicate effectively with sub contractors other employees and clients.
• Manage project cost and schedule risk.
• Lead subcontractors to implement projects on time and to budget.
• Work with project staff to identify and document issues relevant to the success of the project.
• Work as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51,483.88 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
• Bonus pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Colorado: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
