GLC On-The Go is seeking LPN's to work contracts at LTC Facilities in Fort Collins, Windsor, Brush and Pueblo, Colorado.
• **ON SITE FACILITY PROVIDED HOUSING INCLUDED
Schedule: 2p-10p & 10p-6a, 48 hours guaranteed
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Travel Pay Package (50 miles from home address): $25/hr $483 weekly MEI stipend = $1783/wk gross on 48 hours with $38/hr OT rate.
Requirements:
· Must have a valid and current LPN license in Colorado or another compact state
· Must have 1 year of RECENT experience in the Long Term Care setting
· Active BLS/CPR Certification
· Must have Covid Vaccination, TB skin test, Physical
Job Duties:
• Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
• Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
• Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Administering non-intravenous medications.
• Assessing, implementing, planning, or evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
• Modifying patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses.
