Job Compensation:$55-75k inclusive of bonuses.

Job Overview (What You’ll Do):

Cotopaxi is seeking a Corporate Channel Sales Rep to work with select business partners that share our passion for unique and innovative products that move people to do good and inspire adventure.

With a passion for people and knack for attention-to-detail, the Corporate Sales Rep will be responsible for supporting and driving sales for the corporate channel, Cotopaxi customers, and prospects. Project management, relationship-management, and strong communication skills will be paramount for this role to provide Cotopaxi-caliber client service. This person will work closely with our sales teams and report directly to the VP of Corporate Sales.

Job Responsibilities (How You’ll Do It):
• Manage corporate partners and B2B orders.
• Receive and respond to corporate inquiries.
• Build and execute a sales pipeline tied to an annual quota.
• Work with product decorators to meet customer expectations and embellishment requirements.
• Establish and develop relationships by becoming a trusted and valued business partner.
• Communicate and manage tight timelines.
• Communicate product availability and pricing.
• Develop and coordinate marketing efforts to target new and existing customers.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and fulfillment teams to create the best customer experience.
• Identify sales and upsell opportunities.
• Drive and desire to continually build an extensive sales pipeline.
• Assist with trade shows and other events.

The Ideal Candidate (What You Need to Succeed):
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of client service, sales, and relationship management experience.
• 2 years of direct sales experience.
• Related experience at a consumer product company or brand.
• Ability to effectively operate with enthusiasm and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
• Overall professional presence and a proven ability to build partner relationships.
• Proactive and organized with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• A proven track record in reaching and exceeding goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with Netsuite is a big plus.
• Intermediate knowledge in Adobe Creative (mainly Acrobat and Illustrator).
• Experience with outdoor consumer product brands is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $55-75k annually, and will be based on the experience that you bring to the table.
