About you

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. (Scrum Master Certification is a plus)
• Scrum Master or Product Owner certification is a must (preferably Scrum.org or Scrum Alliance)
• 2+ years of experience as a Software Developer.
• 4+ years of proven experience in software development projects as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
• Proven experience with different Agile frameworks such as Lean Startup or extreme programming.
• Has implemented at least 1 team development model with success (i.e Tuckman)
• Proven experience providing coaching or mentoring.
• Knowledge and experience with frameworks like situational leadership.
• High domain of Cynefin framework and ability to execute in any context.
• Kanban certification, Evidence-based management certification (are a plus)
• Extreme ownership and leadership, navy seal way.
• Ability to deal with uncertainty.
• Excellent communication skills.
• People-oriented, Positive-thinking, Complex-problem solving.
• Inspire trust in others.
• English is a requirement, as you will be working directly with US-based clients.
You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
• Effectively leads his/her Agile squad ensuring standard practices and processes are followed for agile continuity.
• Coaches his/her squad to overcome challenges in their projects to ensure a flawless project execution
• Monitor and continuously improve his/her squads stats to anticipate and mitigate project risks.
• Use key valuable indicators to lead continuous improvement in teams to achieve greater state of efficiency and effectiveness.
• Sets coaching/mentoring sessions to follow-up on his/her squad professional development.
• Empower his/her squad to take data-driven decisions and achieve levels of excellence.
• Follows up on Development and performance plan execution for his/her squad.
• Design objectives and key results align to the Agile Department strategic goal.
• Craft and executes initiatives or experiments aligned quarterly with the OKR’s to produce a high impact on results.
• Supports the interview process for new hires.
• Delivers Performance Review conversations.
• Provides onboarding and on the job training to new hires in the Agile Department.
• Manage talent transitioning and allocation.
