Process Engineer He is ultimately responsible for creating the standards in the production process, communicating and training production teams accordingly. Facilitates the application of Global Manufacturing Excellence principles and tools (work instructions and procedures for safety, quality, DDS, maintenance of CILs, CL, TPM).

Implementation enablers RESH: It is a role model for security, empowers the operation in the development and implementation of RESH enablers
Focused improvement: Establishes, monitors and improves processes according to statistical process control methodologies, TPM
Process standardization: Establishes and saves process configuration and standards (central coating, CIL, CL) and facilitates the application of standards/systems
Project Development: Supports product/material development and project implementation according to Design for Six Sigma Master DDS Zero Loss Flowchart and Team Trainer in Application
Knowledge development: Analysis of technical gaps specific to your area of responsibility
Process optimization: Ultimately responsible for continuously optimizing production processes sustainably through RCA and standardization
Staff Training: Is responsible for training and training operation teams to improve behaviors of defined standards and procedures.
Engineer: Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Process, Electronic / related
Assessment of risks and hazards in machinery
Assessment of risks and hazards at work
Root cause analysis (RCA) methodologies
Production cost structure
Statistical analysis of processes
