As the Assembly, Maintenance, Overhaul (AMO) Regional Leader, you will be responsible to ensure safe and reliable equipment is delivered to operations in a cost effective and efficient manner without harm to people or environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Ensuring “AMO Interactive Monitor” information in each of the sites is all up to date and standardized across the region
• Ensuring production schedule and job planning process is in place and being executed across the globe
• Ensuring adherence to risk, compliance and data protection standards across designated process areas
• Ensuring “AMO Interactive Monitor” information in each of the sites is all up to date and standardized across the region
• Fostering a positive, respectful and inclusive work environment
• Presenting product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders across Baker Hughes
• Handling complex medium term project processes Department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs
• Handling important business unit clients. Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally
• Presents projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams.
• Handles complex medium term project processes. Department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs.
• Handles important business unit clients. Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( Mechanical Engineer preferred)
• Certified Black Belt Six Sigma Strongly recommended
• Minimum of seven additional years of experience in Assembly, Repair, and Maintenance & Overhaul.
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience managing AMO PL
• Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems. Lead programs / projects.
• Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Have established project management skills
• Have availability to travel 25% within LATAM region (Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Argentina)
