DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinating the administrative functions of the CCE including supporting all CCE staff. Provide CCE training, planning, coordinating and leading in areas of policies and procedures, including: personnel, fiscal affairs, program management, and executive support. Personnel Liaison : Collaborate with CCE Lead Coordinator to investigate operational, staffing, programming, and administrative needs, both present and future
Develop, coordinate, and maintain personnel processes and transactions, including payroll and hiring procedures and documentation
Draft, edit, and track all CCE student personnel documents, including: position descriptions, recruitment and hiring, separation, retirement, and other appointment changes and provide recommendations to Lead Coordinator
Identify any student personnel and funding conflicts and make recommendations to Lead Coordinator to resolve
Management of onboarding processes for new CCE staff; and provide back:up coverage to the front desk that may vary depending on staffing and absences of staff, ensuring coverage is scheduled during peak office hours.
