The PositionCal Poly Pomona's Department of Architecture (CPPARC) is seeking a newTenure:Track Assistant Professor of Architectureto join the faculty who is committed to advancing the discipline and profession of Architecture. The new faculty will be expected to teach architecture design studio, lecture courses, and seminars within the B.Arch and M.Arch programs. The new faculty member will also contribute service to the operational requirements of the department, college, and university. The department fosters a collegial environment and is committed to the values of equity and inclusivity in teaching and mentoring diverse student populations. The Advanced degree must be completed by the start of the appointment;Experience teaching design studios, lecture courses or seminars at the postsecondary education levelA Student Success Statement that demonstrates your commitment and record of contributions through applicant's practice, teaching, scholarship, or service, by addressing at least two of theinclusive excellence criterialisted above. Record of experience in coordination of students and faculty in a design studio and/or student advising, student research or student club activitiesRecord of service on university committees, and/or service to the discipline of architecture and/or professional organizations, and/or community organizations.
