DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Solicitation of Leadership Annual Gifts
Manages, develops, and implements processes and strategies for the annual solicitation of donors and prospective donors at the $3,000-$5,000 gift range or more over 3-5 years. Responsible for meeting established goals for:
Number of in-person visits
Number of visit attempts
Number of in-person solicitations
Number of referrals of prospects to the major gifts program
Schedule local and out-of-town personal visits in an effort to encourage prospects' leadership support of the Annual Fund. Provides, as required, appropriate personal donor stewardship and recognition for donors within the Leadership Annual fund prospect pool.
