IRC222253 - TAX EXPERT COORDINATOR
At Eni, we are looking for a Tax Expert Coordinator within Eni Cote d'Ivoire Limited in Abidjan, City in Cote d'Ivoire . You will be responsible for ensuring Company's activity complies with applicable tax legislation, Tax Policy, and other related documents. Providing required advice on Ivory Coast Tax Law. Ensuring tax optimization .
As a member of the accounting and financial statements department at Eni Cote d'Ivoire Limited you will be responsible for :
• Representing the Company's interest in tax related matters with state authorities
• Ensuring appropriate controls to manage tax risks with respect to tax compliance and tax planning. Ensure compliance with CPP tax requirements
• Ensuring the effective and timely tax compliance
• Support and verify all Tax declarations (as per legislative requirements) and transfer price declaration.
• Liaising with Eni HQ relevant TAX/FINANCE departments
• Advising on Ivory Coast Tax matters.
• Monitoring all relevant tax legislative changes and ensure timely application when required
• Coordinating of tax audits conducted by tax, fiscal and other regulatory authorities.
• Providing necessary assistance to the Company's departments on tax and compliance related matters.
• Monitoring of the Company's tax policies and procedures Review of the Operator's tax policies and procedures as needed
• Other duties relevant to tax issues as required by Line Manager.
• Other duties relevant to Compliance as required by Line Manager
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :
• Knowledge of English
• University degree in finance or accounting.
• experience in Petroleum industry, including working knowledge of Ivory coast tax law (corporate taxation).
