Our schools educate students from preschool to the end of secondary education. Curricula taught in our schools include the English National Curriculum, International Baccalaureate, American Curriculum, Swiss Curriculum, French Curriculum and Shanghai National Curriculum.

Main Purpose of the Role

The regional Education Coordinator oversees and facilitates the integration and engagement of the schools with our extraordinary global programs, to measure and maximize its benefit and impact for our students in the region.

This position will support all 19 schools in the region.

Key Responsibilities :

The primary tasks, functions, and deliverables of the role)

To support the development and implementation of the

Nord Anglia Global Educational Programs

The Juilliard School, MIT, Global Campus, UNICEF, Expeditions and Nord Anglia University

throughout the region by working closely with designated school leads throughout the school year.
• To promote engagement with, and be an ambassador of, the Nord Anglia Global Educational Programs and new initiatives in the region.
• To share global and regional best practices in the utilization of Nord Anglia Global Educational Programs to enable regional learning.
• To maintain an overview of the Nord Anglia Global Educational Programs and initiatives and their impact in the region, including providing feedback to the Global Programme Managers regarding areas for improvement and best practice.
• To be the first point of contact for schools in the region, working closely with the Global Programme Managers and providing support to help improve the impact of each of the Programme.
• To support the NAE Programme Managers with the introduction and integration of the Programmes to new schools, as well as new designated school leads.
• To contribute to the analysis and strategic planning of the Nord Anglia Global Educational Programs and other initiatives during annual leadership team meetings.

To support the evaluation of the

Nord Anglia Global Educational Programs and

initiatives , including collating & analyzing termly reports from each school, as well as supporting their completion where necessary.

To be prominent on the each of the programmed website forums and NAU community, sharing ideas and examples of good practice, as well as encouraging others in the region to do the same
• To support the designated host school to organize the annual regional events such as the STEAM festival.
• To Support the Nord Anglia Global Education Team with various new initiatives
• To Support the Region Schools in development of their Self Evaluation and School Improvement Plans, as well as collating data for Regional Leadership review

Skills and Competencies

The abilities that the individual needs in order to perform this role effectively)
• 5 years of experience in education program management.
• Bachelor degree in education, business, or relevant field
• Bilingual Spanish , English . Preferred additional language competence Portuguese
• Demonstrated experience organizing programmes throughout the region and sharing best practices
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to take initiative and use appropriate discretion
• Ability to travel approx. 40% of the time in US and Latam. If you are not based in Miami, there will be an additional 10% of travel.
• Work collaboratively and thoroughly
• Excellent communication and judgment skills
• Ability to filter and prioritize communications
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be able to create a management system whereby information is complete, thorough, well-documented, and easily accessible
• Ability to work in confidential environment
• Proactive self-starter with ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines
• Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills; strong written and communication skills.
