Are you a passionate line cook looking for a new experience? Have you ever wanted to learn how to cook authentic Italian cuisine from scratch, or are tired of mass-producing the same chain restaurant food over and over again?

Most new cooks start out prepping as they familiarize themselves with our ingredients and cuisine. Then, they learn how to craft our salads, appetizers, soups, and desserts.

After that, advancement to the sautee and grill begins. Pay and rate of advancement on the line is entirely based on experience and performance in the kitchen and ranges from $17 to $19 an hour.

Our ideal candidates:
• Have experience working in a fine dining setting, or are willing to learn
• Are open-minded and eager to learn new cooking methods and recipes
• Are enthusiastic, positive, and remain calm under pressure
• Are ServSafe certified, or are willing to obtain a ServSafe certification within three months of hiring date
• Are drug free, and will help us promote a safe work environment
• Are detail-oriented, and take pride in impeccable dish presentation
• Are creative
• Must have a working sense of taste, smell, and possess the physical ability to lift heavy pots/pans and objects (up to 50lbs), and to be on your feet for several hours at a time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Weekly day range:
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
• Line Cook: 5 years (Preferred)
