Ready to be part of a team and truly make a positive impact on the lives of fellow Texans? LCRA is looking for an entry level Data Analyst to help support our Safety Team. Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and will focus on reporting, data capturing and analytical support to the business by analyzing and generating site key performance indicators. You will be trusted to:
• Assists in generating reports and dashboards that analyze trends (leading/lagging indicators), site performance, and department financial data.
• Produces accurate safety related communication that is consistent with LCRA’s safety mission and goal.
• Builds partnerships with other departments and leaders to understand the alignment with safety processes and proactively drives growth and improves results toward a best-in-class safety culture.
• Develops knowledge as a training coordinator of the company’s Safety Learning Management System and Safety Incident Reporting Tool. Also, supporting database updates and other application maintenance.
• Assists in conducting ergonomic assessments and the development and review of technical documents.

You qualify with:
• Four or more years’ experience in administration of industrial safety and/or health programs, operations analysis, process improvement, project management, business systems analysis, financial analysis or related experience. A degree in safety, health, business, economics, finance, computer science, information systems or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
• Driver’s license

You are a great fit with:
• Experience in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.
• Experience with safety management systems and learning management systems
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting and recordkeeping (OSHA, ANSI, EPA, etc.).
• Extremely detail oriented with strong analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills
